Rental2k is a software package for hire management which takes advantage of the structure of the web

The module can be used for carrying out all the typical activities of hire and our experience as consultants in the sector - combined with the requests of our customers - has allowed us to develop and include new practical functions. Unless there is specific request to the contrary, all releases have these functions activated, allowing Rental2k to be unique in offering both a complete range of simplified functions for daily use as well as the advanced functions necessary for plant hire management.
The main functions are:

• Quotes/Booking/Contract, sales proposals
•  Graphics planner and advanced search facility
• Delivery notes/ Delivery notes on return and transport management
• Customized Release/Return reports
• Statistics (turnover, yield, days hire/available, various reports, etc.)
• Invoicing/Invoice notes (manual and automatic)
• Specifications and cost centres
